Preferred Provider Arrangements

Our Preferred Health Fund Providers

Woonona Dentists is a preferred provider for BUPA, HCF, Westfund, CBHS and Smile.com.au. If your fund is not listed, ask us about your fund.

Your benefit and any out-of-pocket cost depend on your policy, level of cover, waiting periods and remaining annual limits. Please confirm your current cover with your health fund before treatment.

First Visit Welcome

Which payment route fits your needs?

Afterpay Pay in 4 divides a purchase into four payments. Zip Pay is interest-free credit with fees; Zip Money has an interest-free period, then interest on an unpaid balance.

Total Lifestyle Credit (TLC) and MediPay offer loans for dental costs. Interest and fees affect the total you repay. Each provider assesses your application.

SuperCare helps with an application for early release of your own superannuation. It is not a loan. Approval depends on the release rules, and withdrawing money reduces your retirement savings.

Why Choose

A conversation shaped around your questions

  1. 01

    Confirm the dental fees

Ask the clinic for the cost of your planned care, what is included and when payment is due. Ask how a change to your treatment would affect the total.

  2. 02

    Check the total to repay

Ask the provider about interest, fees, repayment dates and missed payments. Compare the total repayment amount with paying the clinic directly.

  3. 03

    Check before booking

Ask the clinic which provider and product can be used for your care. A provider account or an application does not guarantee payment approval.

Clinic Payment Details

Confirm what applies to your visit

A provider's public website explains its products. It does not confirm which product the clinic can accept for your appointment. Ask our team about availability, any deposit and payment timing before you apply.

For more involved care, we provide a written treatment plan with itemised costs. Check whether the quote could change and how any health fund benefit affects the amount you need to pay.

Before You Apply

Three checks before you commit

  1. 01

    Your clinic costs

Confirm the amount due and ask what happens if care changes or you cancel.

  2. 02

    Provider terms

Read the eligibility rules and the proposed agreement. Check the total cost and repayment dates.

  3. 03

    Time to decide

You can pause to compare options or ask more questions before accepting finance or agreeing to care.

Health Fund Claims

Check your benefit and your gap

We process eligible claims through the Health Industry Claims and Payments Service (HICAPS). Your gap is the dental fee less the benefit your fund pays. Ask your fund about cover, waiting periods and remaining limits before your visit.

More FAQs

Visit the Woonona clinic homepage. Start with the dental fees and the date payment is due. Then compare the provider options above. A loan, short instalment plan and withdrawal from super work differently. Check what you would repay or withdraw before deciding.
