Speak with your dentist prior to the treatment about the exact cost involved and warranty. Above listed fees is approximate and has to be used as a guide only. The cost of treatment may vary depending on the required treatment. In the event that extensive treatment is required, you will be given a written quote to check with your health fund to know the rebate and more importantly for you to make an informed decision. Most of the time, a consultation fees and charges for digital X-rays will be needed for the treatments, which are additional to the above charges. We charge health fund recommended fee for BUPA, HCF, People Care, Defence Health, Australian Unity health fund holders as we are their preferred providers for dental services. We charge lower fees than the listed for Smile.com.au members, DVA, NSW health voucher and Medicare (CDBS) patients.
Gap free is applicable to health fund insurance holders with dental care coverage within their limit only. If you are with a health fund, the rebate to the practice may be more than $150, meaning no out of pocket expense for you. It cannot be used with any other offer. If the health fund do not pay for the service, patient has to pay $150 for this service. Fees are subject to change from time to time.
